Chris Murphy

Principal and Co-Managing Director / Licensee

Chris Murphy has extensive training and experience within the real estate industry. Chris was the principal of one of the busiest Franchised Real Estate offices in the country with hundreds of properties under management. Now with his boutique office focusing on luxury holiday rentals, Chris offers one-on-one customer service and advice to all of his owners.

Eric is an entrepreneur with many years of experience in difference industries. Eric is a real estate investor himself and brings an abundance of knowledge to the GCRP team. He will go the extra mile to make sure all tenants and owners are being serviced to GCRP's maximum capability.

Todd Kristensen

Todd heads the GCRP office with a wealth of knowledge in the hotel and accommodation services industry. Todd was born and raised on the Gold Coast and has worked as a Reservations Consultant, Reservations Manager, Wholesale Product Manager, Front Office Manager & Onsite Resident Manager. Applying his experience at GCRP Todd has an approachable nature and has a passion for achieving the best results for our owners and guests alike.

Brent Dudarko

Business Development Manager

Brent begun his Real Estate career in 2006 working as a Selling Agent for one of the Gold Coast’s major franchise groups. Brent has had extensive real estate training and is an experienced property professional. Brent joined Gold Coast Rental Properties shifting his focal point entirely on Property Management & Business Development. Applying his knowledge and experience gained from being a selling agent Brent’s communication & attention to detail to existing and new landlords is second to none. Brent's determination, enthusiasm and positive attitude have attributed to his success and will secure him a top spot as a reputable agent within this ever changing industry. Brent is an honest, reliable and dedicated professional willing to go above & beyond to exceed his client’s expectations.

Brenda Mitchell

Senior Property Manager

Brenda begun her Real Estate career in 2010 working for one of Brisbane’s major franchise groups. Brenda has had extensive real estate training and is an experienced property professional. She has worked previously in Property Management, Real Estate Consultancy, Business Development, Training and Department Management. Brenda joined Gold Coast Rental Properties focusing entirely on Property Management. As a proud Gold Coast resident, Brenda has a passion to help tenants to achieve their dreams of living the Gold Coast lifestyle. She aims to help her Investors to achieve the best possible outcome on their real estate venture. Brenda utilises her drive, perseverance and powerful negotiation skills to give her clients a distinct advantage in the competitive world of real estate.

Rebecca Coleman

Marketing Manager

Rebecca has been with GCRP since 2011 working across a variety of roles including reception, reservations & management. Today Rebecca's focus is on strategically marketing our properties to potential guests with a focus on enhancing the guest experience and strengthening positive relations with key stakeholders. Rebecca holds a bachelors degree in communications (business) and marketing from Bond University. As a self proclaimed local for life Rebecca has extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast and all the riches it has to offer.

Alana Osborne

Reservations Manager

Alana is a bright and bubbly member of the team with over eight years of extensive hospitality and customer service experience. Originally from Sydney, Alana moved to the Gold Coast at a young age and it had her heart from the very beginning. Alana is passionate about growth & development in tourism and the local Real Estate industry and prides herself on providing the highest level of guest satisfaction and owner returns. Alana loves exploring the outdoors and wakeboarding in the Gold Coasts beautiful rivers.

Hamish Howard


Hamish joins GCRP with over 17 years experience in the hotel industry covering various positions from Restaurant Supervisor to hotel General Manager. This extensive industry experience has taken Hamish across Australia from far North Queensland, Ayers Rock, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and more recently Brisbane before making the lifestyle change to the Gold Coast. Hamish enjoys travelling with his family and has visited Vietnam, Thailand, Canada and the US to name a few.

Amy Griffith


Amy joins the team at GCRP with years of experience in customer service roles including time spent in reservations at Hayman Island. Having spent the past six years on the Gold Coast, Amy now knows the place inside out & passionately shares her knowledge with our guests. Amy enjoys keeping fit & healthy, spending time with her beautiful children and has a talent for baking amazing celebration cakes.

Katie Wallace


Katie is a true Gold Coast local, having grown up here her love for the city and its lifestyle runs deep. Katie joins the GCRP having completed her Bachelor of Communication (Business) at Bond University & spending a year travelling to some of the worlds most amazing destinations. Katie has worked in customer care and relations for over 9 years and has a 'nothing is too hard' attitude when it comes to our holiday guests.

Josh Clark


Josh joins the team at GCRP after a recent move to the beautiful Gold Coast from the Sydney and says he is never looking back. Josh has previously been a venue manager in the hospitality industry and prides himself on his professionalism and ability to create strong relationships with all types of clientele. Along with his career, and love for sports, Josh volunteers his spare time running a youth outreach program for High School kids in the Gold Coast area.

Jaimie David


After receiving her diploma in Business majoring in events management here on the Gold Coast, Jaimie has worked and travelled around the world expanding her knowledge in hospitality and tourism. She is very approachable and will always go above and beyond to make the customer feel welcomed and to satisfy every guest to the best of her ability.

With an extensive background in customer service and a passion for people, Roger was inevitably drawn to a rewarding career in real estate in 2003. Kerrie is originally from Coffs Harbour and moved to the Gold Coast in 2008, where she fell in love with the Gold Coast’s beautiful environment and has never looked back. As Sales Administrator for Roger Haddad, her naturally friendly personality and excellent customer service skills help ensure that GCRP clients enjoy a professional experience from start to finish. Kerrie enjoys working in the real estate industry and is enthusiastic to learn and advance forward with the help of our qualified team.
