With the recent update in our property management system, tenants will now have access to the Tenant App. The Console Tenant app allows our tenants an easy way to access their lease agreement details including lease start and end date, rent amount and rent paid to date. Tenants can raise and keep track of maintenance jobs at their property, add photos and allow tradies to contact them to arrange a time to fix the problem.
The Console Tenant App will help us streamline maintenance processes and allow tenants to efficiently and clearly report maintenance, with photos and notes, removing the need for phone calls and emails. Tenants will receive status updates on their maintenance request in app, saving you hours following up and updating tenants on the progress.
